Spring time
The weather has been so nice. We hung out on the trampoline and ate popsicles. We aren't looking forward to the heat.
Easter morning and family get together
Ethan and Caitlin woke up to find the Easter Bunny had found our house. Ethan was able to find all the hidden eggs (Yes, he isn't wearing pants-that's our boy). We made egg salad sandwiches with the eggs that Ethan dyed. I got a bib out for Caitlin and Ethan had to get one too. Easter Sunday afternoon, we met the Anderson clan at the park for dinner and an egg hunt. Grandma Anderson brought eggs to find. We have enough candy to last until Halloween!
Easter dress and dying eggs
We had fun dying Easter eggs. Ethan didn't like that we ate them the next day. He did a great job! Ethan and Caitlin wore their new Easter clothes to church the week before Easter. We were rushing out the door so I didn't get pictures until after church. If you know Ethan, you know that he stripped to his underwear about 1 minute after walking in the door. He refused to put his clothes back on but Caitlin didn't mind modeling her cute dress.
Cub Scout Fundraiser
Kim's ward had a cub scout fundraiser at a local park. It was so fun and they ended up raising over $10,000. They had bounce houses, slides, games, hot dogs, cotton candy, snow cones and a silent auction. Ethan had a blast running around like crazy with Deacon. We were eating our lunch and I didn't see that Caitlin was playing with an open bag of chips. She dumped them out and went to town. She loved Cheetos.
Easter Egg Hunt
The Town of Queen Creek had an Easter Egg hunt two weeks ago. They had tons of eggs so Ethan was free to grab and grab. The candy inside wasn't great but Ethan had fun.
The Zoo
Kim and I took the kids to the zoo over Spring Break. The weather was perfect. We checked out the petting zoo and took a ride on the train. We love the zoo!
