Kindergarten Graduation and Last day of School

It's official!! Ethan graduated from Kindergarten. It's amazing how much he has grown in the past year. We are so proud of him. He only missed 4 days of school and that was only for our Disney Trip and the dentist. We love Ethan and are so proud with his progress this year.

Ethan's first lost tooth

Ethan had some dental work done and one of his teeth ended up needing to be pulled. He was so excited for the Tooth Fairy to visit. His dentist gave him a cute plastic tooth container to hold his tooth for the Tooth fairy. The Tooth Fairy left him $5, new toothpaste and dental floss. He was so excited and used his money to buy Star Wars Legos.

Schnepf Farm's Peach Festival

Schnepf Farms had their peach festival a few weeks ago. You could pick peaches right from the tree. The kids had fun picking peaches, riding the hay ride and sampling different types of peach food.

Ethan's Spring Sing

Ethan's school had a Spring Sing with Patriotic songs. It was so cute. He is right in front in red.

Easter!

We had a great Easter. The kids went to several Easter Egg hunts and Caitlin learned quickly how to grab as many eggs as you can. The Easter Bunny found our house and the kids were excited. They found all the eggs and had fun dyeing eggs on Saturday. Sunday afternoon we met our cousins at the park and had another Easter Egg hunt.

Disneyland 2011

We went to Disneyland the beginning of April and had a great time. We got 3 day park hopper passes. The weather was great and the lines were short. We only waited about 20 minutes for each ride. Ethan went on all the big rides with Jeremy and I. His favorite was the River Raft ride at California Adventure. We did the parent pass exchange so Jeremy and Ethan rode the ride and brought me back a pass and Ethan and I went back up the exit to ride again. Caitlin cried on almost every ride. Her favorite was Its a Small World. We dragged both kids on to the Haunted Mansion and they both whimpered and cried through the whole thing. Ethan wanted to do the Star War Jedi training. We waited for one show but he wasn't chosen so we waited for the next show and he was right in the front. He was chosen and got to fight Darth Vader. It was the highlight of the trip for him. Our hotel had a pool and that was all Ethan wanted to do. We kept putting it off so we could go the parks and had to promise him everyday that we would go swimming. We finally swam the last night there and he was in heaven even though the water was still really cold. Ethan loved churros the last time we were there but every time we bought some he said he didn't like them. Finally on the last day, 10 minutes before leaving the park, he tried a churro. He said, "I totally forgot I love churros!!" Silly kid! I ate enough for the both of us during our 3 days at the park.

Ethan and Caitlin

Ethan was being so sweet with Caitlin outside a few weeks ago. He was catching Caitlin when she went down the slide. Caitlin loves being outside and doing whatever Ethan is doing. They were being superheros wearing their capes.
